Day 1
Alright finally got motivated! I’ve been cheating myself these past weeks eating fast food everyday! Not a good idea If I wanna have a goal of 90 and a flat stomach! Oh and have the fat in my face decrease. Haha! But seriously gotta do one thing or the other otherwise I’ll just still be the same. I know eating right will just end up making eat more so going to the gym and working out daily sounds better! At least I’m doing something right! 👍
